NOTICE

 

BILLING INFORMATION

HTCOMP.NET, INC. provides services on a monthly basis. Monthly billings coincide with calendar months. With the exception of the first month of service, HTCOMP.NET, INC. does not bill for periods of less than one month. Monthly billings are not based on actual use of HTCOMP.NET's services by Customer. Customer is responsible for all charges until Customer cancels service in the method required by the Cancellation Policy shown below.

 

Failure to timely remit payment will result in suspension of services. Charges continue to accrue during the time Customer's account is suspended. HTCOMP.NET, INC. will not issue a credit or refund for the amount of time service is suspended due to non-payment.. Continued non-payment after suspension will result in loss of customer services provided by HTCOMP.NET, INC. including usernames, webpages, domain pages, email and email addresses.

 

From time to time HTCOMP.NET, INC. may offer special discounted rates for service commitments beyond a single monthly billing. Qualification for these rates requires advance payment in full. Such special offers, if still available, will be automatically renewed at the end of the specified period unless Customer requests a change. Changes from monthly billing to longer intervals will be effective on the first day following the month the request is received.  HTCOMP.NET does NOT offer refunds on extended-term billed plans.

 

DISHONORED PAYMENTS

A fee of $30 will be charged by HTCOMP.NET, INC. for dishonored payments of any type. HTCOMP.NET, INC. is not responsible for any charges or expenses to Customer by any bank or other entity resulting from payments processed by HTCOMP.NET, INC.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer is responsible for notifying HTCOMP.NET, INC. if they wish to discontinue service. To cancel, Customer must mail notice to Customer Service, HTCOMP.NET, INC., PO Box 713, Hamilton, TX 76531, call Customer Service at 888-386-8925, or send an email to Billing@htcomp.net.

 

For monthly service billing, cancellation is effective the last day of the month in which notice is received by HTCOMP.NET, INC. or the last day of any future month the Customer designates. For monthly billing, Customer is liable for all charges through the end of the month in which cancellation notice is received by HTCOMP.NET, INC.

 

For extended term billing arrangements, cancellation is effective the last day of the billing term or any future month beyond the end of the currently invoiced term as designated by the Customer.  HTCOMP.NET does NOT offer refunds to customers that cancel prior to the end of a term billing cycle.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

HTCOMP.NET, INC. reserves the right to terminate service, without notice, for violation of the Terms and Conditions. HTCOMP.NET, INC. will immediately terminate any account which in its sole discretion is transmitting or is otherwise connected with unsolicited bulk email.

 

Customer agrees that any long distance, measured service, or toll charges incurred by the Customer shall be the Customer's sole responsibility.

 

Only the nameholder of an account can make changes to an account including address, passwords, cancellation and billing options unless the nameholder authorizes, in writing or at the time an account is established, additional persons to make changes to the account.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

HTCOMP.NET, INC requires a valid address and telephone number for each customer. If the address and phone number on the front of this invoice are not correct, please indicate changes on the form below.  If we are unable to contact you by mail or telephone, your service may be interrupted.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Customers may pay their account over the telephone with a Check-by-Phone Payment or by providing Credit/Debit Card information to one of our Customer Service Representatives during business hours.  Customers may establish automatic payment by credit card or bank draft.  Please contact Customer Service for details.
