Online Support - SMTP Authentication Instructions

To enable SMTP authentication in Outlook Express, start by clicking on “Tools” then “Accounts”.

Click on the “Mail” tab and then the “Properties” button, to the right of your mail account

In “Properties” click on the “Servers” tab. Then Check the box that says “My server requires authentication”. Click “Ok” until you are back to “Internet Accounts” then click “Close” and you are done.
